Information you provide — such as your name, email address, organisation, and message — when you submit a brief, request a demo, subscribe to our dispatch, or otherwise contact us.
Usage information — such as device, browser, pages viewed, and approximate location — collected automatically through server logs and analytics to operate and improve the site.
Open-Source Intelligence Data
Our research and platform analyse information that is publicly available on the open web (for example, public posts, accounts, and web pages). We process such data for lawful research, security, and analytical purposes only, applying data-minimisation and operational-security practices throughout.
We do not sell personal data, and we handle information about identifiable individuals in line with applicable law.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing thinkfi.net or using our platform and services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.
The Services
ThinkFi provides an OSINT platform, analytical services, and research publications. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time. Specific engagements are governed by separate written agreements or statements of work, which prevail over these Terms where they conflict.
Research & Intelligence Disclaimer
Reports, analyses, and platform outputs are provided for informational and research purposes. They reflect analysis of available data at a point in time, may contain errors or omissions, and do not constitute legal, operational, or investment advice. You are responsible for independently verifying any findings before relying on them.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the site or services unlawfully; not to disrupt, scrape, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access; not to reverse-engineer the platform; and to comply with all applicable laws and platform terms of the sources analysed.
Intellectual Property
The site, platform, brand, and all content and reports are owned by ThinkFi or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to view content for personal or internal evaluation; you may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

Our site may link to third-party websites (such as Medium or partner outlets). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The site and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThinkFi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services.
Indemnification

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any separate engagement agreement, the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
